When developing the recipe for Reap’Racha the main goal was to end up with a similar flavor that’s so popular but in a much hotter sauce and with as little added sugar as possible.
Our version pays tribute to the classic sriracha in terms of flavor profile but kicks it up with the addition of Carolina Reaper, the hottest pepper in the world. A dose of fish sauce brings an umami boost which leaves you wanting more.
