With a box set, you have the hoster and you can customize your selection of four sauces from the line up.

All of our sauces are naturally fermented with no stabilizers or preservatives added.  Fermenting has been used as a process for preservation for 1000’s of years by cultures worldwide.  It works by nurturing beneficial bacteria (Lactobacillus) that consume some of the natural sugar in peppers.  The byproduct of the bacteria is lactic acid which safely protects the ferment from harmful bacteria and fungus (mold).

We ferment to naturally preserve our sauces and lend a unique, funky and complex flavor profile much different than the vinegar-forward sauces you’re used to.

Most of our sauces are vegan-friendly, except Reap’Racha, which contains fish sauce.
