Box set (5 sauces)

Our line of fermented hot sauces has something for everyone and every taste.  With a box set you can customize your selection for your taste or, you can make sure the whole family gets their favorites.  All of our sauces are naturally fermented with no stabilizers or preservatives added.  Fermenting has been used as a process for preservation for 1000’s of years by cultures all around the world.  It works by nurturing beneficial bacteria (Lactobacillus) which consume some of the natural sugar present in peppers.  The byproduct of the bacteria is lactic acid which safely protects the ferment from harmful bacterias and fungus (mold).

We ferment to naturally preserve our sauces but also, to lend a unique, funky and complex flavor profile much different than the vinegar forward sauces you’re used to.

Most of our sauces are vegan friendly, except Reap’Racha which contains fish sauce.
