Delivery Timelines

• The standard delivery time is 10am  to 6pm  business days but there may be delays due to invalid addresses or when the courier is unable to contact the customer to confirm the delivery address.

• The standard Processing time is 1 to 3 business days.
• Orders placed after 9am will be shipped the next business day.

Pre-paid orders
Free standard shipping on all orders above AED 450. A charge of AED 20 will be incurred on purchases that do not exceed the AED 450  free shipping threshold. All orders in UAE are delivered within 1 to 3 business days, excluding Sundays and major holidays.

Holiday shipping information
Please note that when placing your online orders for delivery during the Holiday season (e.g. Eid Al-Fitr, Eid Al-Adha, Hijri Day, and National Day), shipments may experience additional processing days. (Delivery span will be processing period1 to 5 days + Public holiday period)
