Delivery Timelines

• The standard delivery time is 10am  to 6pm  business days but there may be delays due to invalid addresses.

• The standard Processing time is 1 to 3 business days.

Pre-paid orders
Free standard shipping on all orders above AED 450. A charge of AED 20 will be incurred on purchases that do not exceed the AED 450  free shipping threshold. All orders in UAE are delivered within 1 to 3 business days, excluding Fridays and major holidays.

Holiday shipping information
Please note that when placing your online orders for delivery during the Holiday season (e.g. Eid Al-Fitr, Eid Al-Adha, Hijri Day, and National Day), shipments may experience additional processing days. (Delivery span will be processing period1 to 5 days + Public holiday period)
